Patented quick-change crush cut knife holder
IT-76-3230 and IT-100-4025 are patented products for narrow-strip, high-speed slitting. The split design allows the blade to be changed quickly without re-positioning. An independent bearing supports speeds up to 500–600 m/min, the compact structure reaches a minimum width of 25–30 mm, and independent flow control helps avoid damage to the blade and the anvil roll from mis-operation. IT-100-4025 shares installation dimensions with the IT-100 family.
